4:30 PM - 6:30 PM - Cajun' Tasting Contest at 5:00 PM - Main Dish, Soup/Gumbo, Appetizer or Dessert category; Business Umbrella Decorating Contest. Piñata Bash; Jump & Jive to C&C’s Music, Line Dance instruction by the CCHS Cheerleaders.

7:00 - 11:00 PM - The Lodge's Fais-Do-Do (family dance) with music by Reyne Ramon in The Red Dog Saloon at The Lodge.

Most events will be held under the giant, heated tent with food, retail vendors and games inside.

MEET AT 10:30 am, Saturday, the 5th, at the Pavilion to build the float and to get costumes.
